We know the biggest fear authors have: that an unpublished manuscript could be leaked, reused, or published by someone else. Here is exactly how we prevent that.
Signed NDA on every order
Before you upload anything, you and we agree to a confidentiality contract stamped with your order ID, name and date. You receive a PDF copy.
One assigned editor
Your files are visible only to the single editor assigned to your project — not other clients, not other staff, never the public.
Watermarked documents
Every working file is watermarked “Confidential” with your order ID, so any copy is traceable and unusable by anyone else.
Files outside the public web
Manuscripts are stored privately, downloadable only by you through a logged, ownership-checked link — never in a public folder.
Deleted after publication
We retain your files only as long as your project needs them and permanently delete them after your paper is published (or earlier on request). Every action is logged. We never reuse your data or text.
You stay in control
We never submit to a journal or publish anything on your behalf without your explicit, written approval at each step.
The confidentiality agreement
When you place an order you accept a Non-Disclosure & Data-Handling Agreement covering: sole-purpose use of your files, no third-party sharing, no reuse of your ideas or data, secure storage, and your right to deletion. A signed copy is issued to you automatically.

This protects you: a paper caught gaming integrity checks can be retracted and harm your career. Our approach keeps your publication durable.
